Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing to participate in our webinars/training. We strive to deliver high-quality webinars/training that provide valuable insights and learning experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your registration and request a refund. Please carefully read and understand our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through our website’s contact form.
  • The cancellation request should include your name, email address, webinar/training details (including the title, date, and time), and the reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar/training will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the webinar/training may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances involved.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • If your cancellation request is approved and qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Any transaction fees or charges incurred during the payment process (e.g., credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The refunded amount will exclude these fees.
  • Refunds will be issued in the currency in which the payment was originally made.

Webinar or Training Changes or Cancellations:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a webinar/training, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible.
  • If the webinar/training is canceled, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future webinar/training of their choice.
  • If the webinar/training is rescheduled, registered participants will have the option to attend the rescheduled webinar/training or request a refund.

Non-attendance:

  • Participants who fail to attend the webinar/training without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
